Film

Which film is the latest you have watched, Sixten?
If you mean in a movie theater, it is Joulupukin tarina (The Story of Santa Claus). We seldom think of the fact that Santa also has been young. This film tells about young Nikolas, who becomes an orphan, and what happens then, well, that you have to see for yourself. (At least I hope you are able to do that, even though I don't think it has been translated into English.)
If you count also films on DVD, then it's Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. The story takes place 1,000 years after the "Seven Days of Fire", an event which destroyed human civilization and most of the Earth's original ecosystem. Scattered human settlements survive, isolated from one another by the Sea of Decay. (Source: Wikipedia)

The best film you have ever seen?
It is probably The Lord of the Rings, all three parts. Someone said that the first part is the best and the second part the worst but I liked all three of them.
My favourite film on DVD is probably Racing Stripes, a really sweet film with my virtual friend Hayden Panettiere as one of the main characters!

Are there films that you would like to watch just now?
Definitely! There are three films I'd like to watch. AnnaSophia Robb

  • The Bridge to Terabithia
I read about it some time ago and thought it would be nice and now when I saw some pictures of it, I became very interested. I even put a picture of AnnaSophia Robb as background on my computer. She is really lovely!
  • 2 days in Paris
I have seen Julie Delpy in Before Sunrise and Before Sunset and they are both very nice films that I strongly can recommend. Therefore I'd like to see this one, too.
  • Stardust
I'm not quite sure about this because I've read the book and am afraid that the film is not as good. On the other hand a friend of mine thinks it is quite good and I trust her taste a lot.
